Delivery

Standard delivery of travel products is via second class post.  If you need a guaranteed next day delivery please select this option at checkout.  Please note medication will be subject to a medical form being completed which will be sent to you in office hours when the order is received.  It cannot be dispatched until this is completed and signed off by our doctor.  

Refunds

For consultations we will refund the consultation fee paid in advance minus an administration charge of £1.50 if this is cancelled at least 48 hours before your appointment.  If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment we reserve the right to charge in full. 

For orders that have been dispatched a full refund of the amount paid will be issued when the item is returned and received.  If your item has yet to be dispatched you will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of up to £1.50.

Please note that any medication ordered is non-returnable and non-refundable when dispatched.
